Product Update

Production: May 03, 2023​

This Product Update provides a summary of changes and enhancements to the existing application that impact all customers. When applicable, it includes changes to functionality that were made to resolve customer-specific issues and that apply to all Tenovos users. Product Updates occur frequently and are separate from Release Notes.

Unless otherwise stated, the availability of each update is as follows:

  • UAT: May 01, 2023
  • Production: May 03, 2023
  • Availability: All Customers

API Enhancements​

  • Performance:
    We have implemented a change to improve performance of API response times.
  • Access Token Requirements:
    When making API requests, you are no longer required to submit the Access Token returned from the /auth/token endpoint. API calls will work with just sending the Authorization Token.

Collection Enhancements​

  • Remove assets from collection:
    We have improved the flow of removing assets from a collection. From within a collection, select one or more assets. From the menu, there is now an option to “Remove from Collection”. This will remove the selected asset from the collection you are in.
  • Create Collections:
    There was an issue where users were required to have the “Upload” privilege to create a collection from the Collections page. This has been resolved and the Upload privilege is no longer required.

Cart Enhancements​

  • Display Error Message when more assets are added to the cart than allowed:
    There was an issue where users would reach the limit of the cart and not be alerted. This has been resolved and users will now see an error message when exceeding this limit.
    NOTE: This limit (4,999 assets) will be increased or removed in a future update.
